Well-being and balance are goals that many find elusive. Jack has assembled a variety of skills and techniques to assist his clients in moving toward just such goals.

One of Jack's specialties is guided visualization. This technique is capable of dealing with deep-seated issues and is one of the tools used in stress management. Scientific studies have shown that reduction of stress contributes significantly to healing.

Jack is a consulting hypnotist certified by the National Guild of Hypnotists, a not-for-profit, educational corporation in the State of New Hampshire. Jack conducts Ericksonian hypnosis sessions for behavior modification. Unlike the stereotype of the controlling hypnotist on stage, in Jack’s sessions the client is fully conscious and always in control. The state achieved is more like a daydream than a trance but it allows direct communication with the subconscious mind where many of our issues lie buried and inaccessible. Change comes about with the client's knowledge and consent. In fact, the real work of change is done by the client, guided gently by Jack's voice toward a resolution of issues discussed and agreed to beforehand.

Past-life regression sessions based on Dolores Cannon's techniques are also part of Jack's repertoire for those interested in journeys through time and space. Belief in reincarnation is not a requirement for the trip; it can be viewed as a metaphorical adventure. Clients are asked to come with a list of questions or issues they would like resolved.

Lastly, Jack also offers Reconnective Healing sessions based on Eric Pearl's "The Reconnection". These are energy sessions conducted with the client lying down and relaxed with the eyes closed. There is no touching of the body. Scientific studies are underway to investigate the many miraculous healings that have taken place using these new energies. Most sessions are about one hour in length except for the Past Life sessions which can run 2 hours or more.
